Available to rent for Storage Oct1st-May-1st CENTENNIAL COMMUNITY CENTER INC. RULES REGARDING STORAGE FACILITIES AT THE SHELTER AT THE CENTENNIAL COMMUNITY CENTER INC. Members of the public may store recreational vehiclles, boats, trailers, autos in the shelter during the winter months subject to rulesAll items stored in teh shelter must be removed by the owner on or before may 1st of each year and will be accepted for storage after October 1st of each Year.
Items going into the storage in shelter must be placed inside the shelter by the second weekend of October and be removed two weeks prior to May 1st. All vehicles must have cardboard or plastic under motors and transmission. The fee for storage shall be $150.00 there shall be no adjustment for late entry or early removal. There will be an additional cost of $10.00 per day for items left in the shelter after May 1st. The Centennial Community Center Inc does not carry insurance to cover private belongings in its buildings. Every owner shall agree in writing that any loss is to be borne by him or her and that the owner shall be responsible to carry their own insurance.
